An increasing number of tenants are implementing sustainable practices, investing in green solutions that they know will lead to significant operational cost savings. We handed over the first such building in Kąty Wrocławskie in June and started construction on the second in Przylesie. Each of these buildings has been fully leased to global companies. The 43,000 sqm of warehouse space at 7R Park Wrocław West II was leased to the Japanese group Yusen Logistics, and the 13,000 sqm of production space at 7R Park Przylesie will be occupied by the Eberspächer Group, a leading global manufacturer and supplier for the automotive industry.

The Wola Jazz Festival will kick off on June 7th at Browary Warszawskie. The stage will feature outstanding musicians well-known on both the Polish and international jazz scenes: Dorota Miśkiewicz and her special guest Henryk Miśkiewicz, Bogdan Hołownia, Kuba Więcek, and Ania Rusowicz—who will perform a blues-jazz set this time. Admission to the concerts is free. This is the third annual Wola Jazz Festival, and I believe that, just like the previous ones, it will draw a large crowd of dedicated music fans as well as new listeners. We are committed to promoting jazz music and its talented artists, because Browary Warszawskie is a place open to people, entertainment, art, and culture.

Anna Groß
For over 20 years, she has been developing and implementing effective communication and marketing strategies in Poland and international markets. She has worked both within corporate structures and on the agency side, serving as a press spokesperson, strategic advisor, and head of marketing in various European countries. She skillfully combines analytical expertise with a creative approach to communication. She easily translates business objectives into consistent brand-building activities.
She has worked for: 7R, Nrep, Accolade, Urban Land Institute Poland, Apsys, UNIQA Insurance Group, mBank, Vodafone, Echo Investment, Kajima Poland.
Ola Bilewicz
For nearly 20 years, she has been implementing and successfully delivering communication and marketing strategies. She has gained professional experience both in agencies and on the corporate side – as a communications manager and press spokesperson. She enjoys new challenges and approaches them with commitment, charting new paths to achieve her goals. She believes that in this profession, in addition to strong expertise, positive energy and a proactive attitude also matter.
