In particular, the area of non-financial reporting\u2014which concerns an organization&#8217;s impact on the environment and society\u2014remains a challenge for many firms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013<em> It is estimated that every fourth listed company lacks the appropriate human resources and knowledge to meet the challenges on the path to sustainable development. There is a shortage of ESG specialists in the market, while the pressure to adapt to new regulations is growing. Obligations related not only to reporting and process optimization but also to appropriate communication, combined with the risk of greenwashing, are affecting more and more entities. Esgo is the answer to these needs.
